Biotest Spike At the 2005 Olympia Expo, I picked up some samples of Biotest Rapid Release Spike.

I really liked the energy it gave me and the fact that it did not make me jittery.

For me, taking 1 spike in the morning a few hours before my workout gives me a lot of energy. I don't take them every day but do use them on occasion to give me a boost with out the after effects.
