Biotest Spike Rapid Release
At the 2005 Olympia Expo, I picked up some samples of Biotest Rapid Release Spike.
I really liked the energy it gave me and the fact that it did not make me jittery.
Having liked it so much, I picked up a bottle of it when I returned.
For me, taking 1 spike in the morning a few hours before my workout gives me a lot of energy. I don't take them every day but do use them on occasion to give me a boost with out the after effects.
I have no problem sleeping at nights after taking them during the day.
The only side effect I experienced on occasion what they would give me a headache. That doesn't happen every time I take them.
They now also have Spike energy drinks. I've tried those and they are not that bad either.
Like anything, you need to use Spike in moderation and realize that your still going to have to put in the work to lose the weight. Supplements like spike are just to assist you along the way.
