FBCx / Alpha Dextrin
My biggest problem with fat is in my belly and mid section. I actually have a pretty low body fat measurement but what I do have seems to stick to my ribs. I've always wanted to be able to see my abs and the only way to do that is by getting rid of the fat.
For the most part, I eat pretty healthy except I tend to like to eat out and eat fatty foods more than a few times a week. This is the reason I can not get rid of my belly fat.
So, I was watching the news when something came on about a new fat loss pill that was equal to if not better than Alli, and it could eliminate fat before it's digested but with out those nasty side effects we all here about. This would be perfect for me. The days I eat the fatty foods, I could take the pills.
I went to their website and did a little reading about the ingredients, then Googled the ingredients to see what it was.
The science behind it makes since after reading the info on it. In very simple terms, It's a corn based fiber that binds to fat keeping it solid until you remove it naturally by going to the bathroom at your normal rhythm. Nothing like the stories I heard about Alli.

I decided to buy a months supply and the following is how it is working for me.
1. First, don't think it's a license to over eat fatty food. I went crazy the first few days and although I was eliminating the fat, the extra calories I was picking up from all the food actually made me gain a few lbs. I recognized what was happing and got back into my normal eating habits which is when I started to see the effects of the supplement.
2. You must eat fat if your going to take the pills. Each pill is equivalent to removing 9 grams of fat so you need to read the labels and know your fat intake. The ONLY side effect I found was when you do not eat enough fat to equal at least 9 gram per pill, it gave me gas. If I ate at least 9 grams of fat per pill, there were no side effects at all.
3. While I know some of the testimonials say exercising is not necessary, to really see the whole benefit of this product, in my opinion you should do some type of exercise routine.
I've already started to notice fat being reduced in areas I've had problems with. It's been a couple weeks and I can see the fat around my oblique's is getting less. I can't go by weight since I am a weight lifter and lean muscle mass is heavier than fat, so while I'm losing fat, because I'm pumping iron I'm also gaining muscle. I go by looking at myself in the mirror as described in Step 1 here and asking my wife.
I've already ordered my second bottle and am pleased with the results of this product so far. I'll report back after the second bottle is gone to let you know how my progress goes.
Update: Ok, because I typically eat a low fat diet, I have started to experience mild to moderate side effects. From painful gas to explosive diarrhea. We're talking wake you up in the middle of the night and run for the toilet. Not pleasant to say the least. I've tested this and only seem to get it when I take the pills so I've stopped taking them for now. I just don't eat enough fat in my diet to really add up to any real weight loss for me.
If however you do eat a high fat diet, then these pills will probably work for you. I did not experience the side effects with I forced myself to eat a lot of fat. In my case, that just defeats the whole purpose since I normally don't eat a lot of fat anyway. If anything, the pills tempted me to over eat.
I suggest you use the product with caution to first see how you react to it and if your already on a low fat diet, then I would not even bother trying it.
