Ephedra / Ephedrine - Lose the Fat Now
I've found that when you want to lose weight fast, the best way to do that is with the help of a supplement for hunger control. I started taking Ephedra products back in the late 80's. I've taken them on and off for years right up to the ban on them a while back. Having stocked up prior to the ban, I had plenty to last me.Then sanity prevailed and the ban was lifted. I never take it after 2:00 pm. If I take in the morning or before 2, I have no problems with sleeping later on in the evening. Also, you don't seem to experience the crash that you feel on a lot of other stimulants when they start to where off.
I've been taking the stuff for over 20 years and have had no ill side effects. 
That's because I NEVER take more than the recommended dosage and I don't abuse it. Any supplement will give you problems if you abuse it and don't follow directions. It's still not a miracle pill to make the fat fall off your body without exercise. You still need to exercise to burn the calories and use resistance training to increase your lean muscle mass. Lean muscle burns more calories in a resting state than fat and the ephedra will increase your body temp so you burn even more.
Fat is very stubborn and hard to get rid of if you don't eat clean either. Ephedra supplements together with a sound diet and good workout routine will help you get that body you have always wanted.
People have died from taking to much of a good thing and Ephedra is no different. If you decide to try the product out, make sure you do not take more than the recommended dosage. If you take it the way it's intended to be taken, you will see results.
