EFX Kre-Alkalyn Creatine

I was taking regular Creatine and getting mixed results. At the 2006 Olympia Expo, I was given some samples of the purple pill Kre-Alkalyn and also purchased several bottles at a greatly reduced price.

What I don't like about regular creatine is the bloating effect it has on me and you have to load it to do any good it.

With Kre-Alkalyn, I did not experience any bloating and also did not have to do any type of loading phase.

After a week or so of taking it, I noticed an increase in my strength and also I seemed to look more filled out. This is probably because creatine pushes more water into your cells thus causing them to expand.

There have been studies done that show creatine can actually help you reduce your body fat by increasing your lean muscle mass.

I am still taking Kre-Alkalyn. I take on one in the morning and during workout days I take additional pill an hour before I hit the gym.

Creatine is not going to make you look like your taking steroids. I don't care what anybody says. It does not work that way. But, if you want to keep your hair and gonads in tack, then it is a good healthy alternative to illegal steroid use.
